It has a laundry room, storage room, Designer kitchen, open plan living room, Downstairs bathroom & separate toilet, open plan stairs leading to open balcony to 4 bedrooms all with en-suite, a separate bathroom with a bath, a walk in clothes room & fitted wardrobes. All the ceilings are mitred tongue & grooved. Triple glazed doors & windows with solar reflective glass. Moulded aluminium guttering. Traditional German slated roof with snow steps built in. Fully insulated with Swedish Rockwool ( volcanic woven rock). Sealed with a mixture of insect repellent, stain, yacht varnish & sprayed 5 times.
